Currently there are no physical ‘street addresses’ for property on St. John, although an effort is now underway to complete street designations and physical addresses for all property on St. John. The historical means to describing property on St. John by location is by reference to the distinct geographical districts known as ‘Estates’ such as Estate Cruz Bay; Estate Bethany; Estate Chocolate Hole, etc. These Estates can also be thought of as Communities or Districts. Subdivisions, such as, Ajax Peak; Ditleff Point; Skytop Estates, etc., have been described to further help define the geographical location of the various areas of St. John.
